This team is a key part of our transformation into a product-led organization. Therefore, we’re looking to hire an experienced product management leader to:
- Lead a team of product managers, support their development, manage performance, and create the right culture to empower them and provide them with psychological safety to fail and learn.

- Be a driving force in our digital transformation - align with key partners on new frameworks, roles and responsibilities. Build consensus on strategies and priorities.
- Be the driving force in connecting different marketing planning teams and stakeholders across The LEGO group to define and validate objectives, remove roadblocks and ensure your teams are empowered to make progress

This role will sit in the newly established Product function in our Marketing Organisation department, whose responsibility covers a wide variety of digital products across marketing planning, activation, and evaluation.
The products in your portfolio will unlock the planning capabilities for the owned, earned, shared and paid channels. You will build the fundamentals for the marketing planning organisation, driving transparency to planned marketing activation across teams via a unified marketing language and execution plan. This fundament will form the starting point for predictive and channel orchestration and the brand and marketing hub.
You will be working closely with the other product teams, experiences, and tools to engage with new and existing users to power their love for the LEGO brand.
The Product Leader reports to the Head of Product within the Marketing Organization, making sure that product and portfolio strategy reflects the strategy and needs of our different audiences. As a hands-on ground-breaking leader, you find the balance between rolling your sleeves up to work with your teams and looking at the bigger picture to build growth and development, always driven by data and end-user experience.
Do you have what it takes?
