Job description
- Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including email, social media, display, and search.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and tracking of results.
- Manage and maintain social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Monitor and report on website and campaign analytics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email open and click-through rates.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to the team for improvements.
- Perform data entry administrative tasks, including entering data into spreadsheets and databases, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate with customers and partners via email and phone, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Experience with graphic design, video production, and web development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
