Do you have a head for heights and love of London? Want to work in a world-famous venue?
Up at The O2 is an exhilarating 90-minute experience that takes our customers on a guided expedition over the roof of The O2 via a fabric walkway.
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to take our customers up and over our roof, you’ll be their tour guide, giving them information about what they can see around The O2 and what we have to offer inside it.
You’ll ensure they always feel safe and secure and that their experience with us exceeds their expectations.
This role also includes working in the retail stores and taking photos of our customers for them to buy, at different points in their journey over the roof.
If you’ve worked in a visitor attraction before (indoors or outdoors) that would be advantageous, but ultimately, we are looking for people who have a genuine ability and desire to work with the public and ensure they have an experience that wows, thrills, and excites!
You’ll be able to build rapport with all types of people and be helpful and approachable to both our customers and your colleagues.
We’ll give you all the training you need in this role, so you’ll be set up for success.
Important information:
You must be able to work at heights. You’ll have a flexible approach to working hours including being able to work during school holidays, weekends, early evenings and bank holidays.
We are holding assessment centres on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 February, you will need to be able to attend in person to be able to be considered for this role.
We’re looking for people available to start work w/c 13 March 2023.
