- £22,672 per annum FTE (Full time equivalent) £18,137.60 per annum.
- 30 hours per week but you will be paid for 32 hours per week due to paid breaks, permanent role.

WHAT WOULD A WELLBEING ADMINISTRATOR BE DOING?
As a Wellbeing Administrator you will be, answer client queries via telephone, face to face, email and other digital channels, make decision on the suitability of referrals in line with service protocols, and arrange appointments into the service, confirming, cancelling and changing appointments where required.
WHAT IS STEP BY STEP LOOKING FOR
Step by Step is interested in employing people with the right skills and attitude, so previous experience is not necessarily needed, but we would love to hear from you if you’ve worked or volunteered as Administrator, have experience of working within a team and a busy office environment, you have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
