Ford has recently begun the journey to transform from a wholesaler to a retailer with the launch of a new Agency distribution model in the Netherlands. Ford Pro is playing a key role in this transformation by delivering the capabilities required to meet the needs of B2B customers, utilising the online channel and enhanced digital capabilities to generate sales and support seamless customer journeys.

This exciting new role within the EU Digital UX team will involve working with the local and global delivery teams to ensure that development of the website is optimised to meet the needs of both Ford Pro and commercial customers in this new model.


  • Prior digital experience in a retail environment ideally with knowledge of web portal design.
  • Experience of omnichannel customer journey design, integrations and implementation.
  • Experience in creating and executing strategies to improve the customer experience.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions.
  • Ability to monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving dynamic environment.
  • Passion for building relationships and proactive communication.
  • Understanding of IT systems and processes and able to develop data driven process flows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Support the transition to the agency model by collaborating closely with both the sales and business teams, and the technology and data leads in the Netherlands, as well as across Europe and the US.
  • Work closely with the local and central project teams to deliver against the key agency model business requirements in relation to online customer requirements.
  • Partner with the relevant Ford Pro Product Line Managers to ensure timely delivery of identified solutions into the market.
  • Support prioritisation discussions to ensure solutions are deployed in a way that ensures consistency and alignment with wider Global launches.
  • Provide timely input into the relevant Project backlog discussions relative to the wider Ford Pro online requirements.
  • Input into the ongoing strategic development of the online customer journeys and experiences in support of the agency model.
  • Support site & functional testing/validation (both launch and regular releases) to aid in identifying errors or defects not covered by the test team responsibilities (ie. functional process and data accuracy).
  • Collaborate with and manage internal partners and stakeholders to determine innovative and impactful website strategies to elevate promotional programmes and critical messages.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems and identification of solutions.
  • You will be empowered to identify opportunities and areas of weakness that need addressing through performance analysis.
  • Engage with legal, compliance, and other relevant parties to gain any required legal approvals or direction.
