This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us.
You will be responsible to assisting the HR team with the recruitment and onboarding of new candidates.
Key Duties:
- Review candidates’ CVs from the Database
- Sourcing CVs from multiple job boards
- Screen candidates over the phone to determine suitability for the role
- Schedule in interviews with potential candidates
- Update the HR system at all stages of a candidate’s lifecycle
- Keep the candidates engaged at all stages
- Assist with the Onboarding of candidates such as Job Offer, Contract Generation, Right to Work check, and DBS checks
Full-time
Salary: £11,000 per annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week – 9am to 6pm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service.

Level 3 Business Administration (Standard)

Duration: 15 months
Ideal candidate:
- Computer Literate
- Good Telephone manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- The ability to use your own initiative
- Great attention to detail
- Enthusiastic with positive attitude
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Friendly
- Hard working and organised
Reality check:
- A lot of multi-tasking between different responsibilities
- Must be comfortable with holding and leading a conversation over the phone
- Will need to support members of the HR team and other departments with recruitment needs
