⭐ Culture Guru is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive - specifically with experience in Content, SEO, and Email campaign marketing.
⭐ This role will suit someone creative with an innovative outlook who understands digital marketing anylitics and tools. Being able to design, create and execute digital marketing strategies will be required across all digital platforms at this well-established environmentally-aware firm, progressing through an exciting transformative time within its business journey.
⭐ Role Requirements;
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
- Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Optimise campaigns based on data insights to maximise results and ROI.
- Create and optimise landing pages and website elements to improve conversion rates.
- Develop engaging visual and written content.
- Develop and implement an effective e-mail marketing strategy tailored to the UK market.
- Utilise e-mail marketing platforms to create compelling content for e-mail campaigns, newsletters, and promotional e-mails targeting the UK audience with persuasive subject lines, email body copy, and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and compliance with UK data protection regulations.
- Conduct A/B testing and to optimise email and campaign performance and conversion rates and improve key metrics.
- Track, report on and analyse the number of leads generated from online campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
⭐ Desirable attributes of the successful candidate
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, online advertising, and lead generation.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, preferably with expertise in social media management, online advertising, SEO, content creation, and e-mail marketing.
- Proficiency in e-mail marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Knowledge of UK e-mail marketing regulations and best practices.
- Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation techniques.
- Familiarity with e-mail deliverability best practices and troubleshooting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK market trends, preferences, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
