We are delighted to supporting a reputable telematics business who supply to a growing, global market with their appointment of an Operations Director. The successfully appointed candidate will create, oversee and execute a strong operational strategy and report into the board. Our client offers a generous salary, hybrid/remote working, although some travel both UK and overseas will be required, bonus and benefits.
The Operations Director role will consist of the following responsibilities:
- Create and implement business strategy, measure and report whilst creating a positive working environment and employee engagement.
- Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage operations within the UK, Europe and the US markets; take ownership of customer and technical support teams, IT infrastructure and Supply Chain.
- Ensure company achieves internal and investor targets for growth and profitability by managing capital investments and expenses.
- Work with Senior Exec team on acquisitions, investments and partnerships.
- Manage global compliance and structure KPI reporting and action plans.
- Project manage as and when required.
- Experienced in Operations Management within a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing, motivating and inspiring a team and hitting goals and targets.
- Can communicate clearly at CEO and None Executive Board Member level clearly and concisely.
- Telematics experience is essential.
