Job description
We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual who is passionate about social media and can attract and interact with target audiences by creating engaging content across various channels for the Steadfast Group. We require a creative thinker with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills. As part of this role, you will keep up to date with the latest social trends and propose ways of implementing these to the Directors.
Hours required: 25hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday for photo/video opportunities)
Location: Steadfast HQ at Peterlee/Client’s sites/Occasional Remote Working
Responsibilities:
· Support with the creation of the social media content calendar, proposing trending topics to generate engagement and awareness.
· Create, edit, and publish content that encourages engagement via social media platforms.
· Maintain and keep the company’s website up to date with fresh content.
· Blog Writing for website / social media
· You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote our company.
· Creating company newsletters.
· Taking company photographs and Videos.
· Managing and updating social media platforms for the Group and grow our social media audiences.
· Attend meetings with the Directors to report on marketing strategies, engagements, Return on investment.
Requirements:
· Have a business minded approach to exploiting new online opportunities.
· Ability to use your initiative to work independently and within a team, liaising with Steadfast management and staff to find opportunities to generate content.
· Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced team environment, photography, and video in different environments across the Steadfast Group.
· Excellent creative thinking with a passion for engaging customers.
· Openness to feedback and ideas.
· Possess a creative mind and an eye for detail.
Must Have:
· Full UK Driving license.
· Must have good knowledge and recognised grades in
- IT
- Literacy
- Numeracy skills
- Social Media
· Previous experience in similar role
