We’re looking for an experienced, focused and tenacious Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, to lead on implementing World Mobile’s demand-gen and acquisition strategy.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of an acquisition-focused digital marketing strategy. You’ll need to be confident self-starter, accustomed to operating in a remote, high-growth, tech ‘start-up’ environment.
You will have experience in delivering effective, data-led digital marketing campaigns. You will have solid experience in running campaigns across performance-focused channels such as PPC, Paid Social, Display and CRM. In addition, you will understand the importance of SEO, and be able to identify great content that supports the delivery of performance KPIs. A wider understanding of community and social-first content marketing would be a bonus given our audience and positioning.
You will have your finger on the pulse of the latest developments across the digital media landscape, from understanding the implications of ‘pixelpocalypse’ and a cookie-less world, through to CBO and CRO implementation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute demand-gen digital marketing campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate / Influencers, Website, Email and other test & learn channels.
- Manage the distribution of our monthly email marketing campaigns
- Support the Content Manager on the execution of an SEO strategy focused on user growth
- Use a range of analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns assessing against World Mobile’s goals and KPIs
- Provide clear, data-led recommendations for the improvement of future campaigns
- Review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel strategy.
- Drive Marketing Automation initiatives
- Acquire data within GDPR guidelines to help improve the relevancy and efficacy of our targeting
- Maintain GDPR compliance across all of our digital acquisition activity
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to support on campaign delivery
- Be proactive in the discovery and sharing of insights around developments in the social landscape and competitor activity
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a digital marketing or demand-gen role
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Knowledge across Adwords, Google Adsense, DoubleClick, AWIN, Google Analytics and Google stack
- Experience with Facebook, Twitter and TikTok Ads Managers
- Strong mix of both creative and analytical skills
- Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
- Growth mindset, focused on pushing the boundaries and not just adhering to the status quo
- Impeccable levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Understanding of the blockchain and web3 space
Bonus Points
Understanding of community marketing dynamics i.e. the Discord, Reddit and Telegram triumvirate.
- Experience in social media management and content marketing
- Can integrate AI into workflow
- Understanding of the telco market
Salary
£40 - £55k GBP Per Annum depending on experience
Remote 100% working ideally candidates should be UK Based & UK Resident.
