We are also revolutionising the way social landlords manage their housing stock with an obsessively tailored SAAS property dashboard and handy alerts on things like when the boiler is going to break.
Our journey
We may be only 8 years old, but it’s already been quite a ride. Our first product, the connected Switchee thermostat is already in 120+ of the UK’s biggest housing providers.
We’re growing 100% year on year and are backed by some of the best-known investors in technology and social impact. We are a team of 70+ passionate and ambitious people driven by a collective desire to make a positive impact in the housing sector, both for residents and landlords.
We are looking for a motivated individual to be an essential part of our team, supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to our mission of improving lives for people living in rented homes.
Your responsibilities
As an essential part of our marketing team, you will support all end-to-end projects with the aim of acquiring new, and nurturing existing customers and ultimately revenue for the business. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s digital customer acquisition funnel. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for executing our digital marketing initiatives, owning our digital marketing channels and measuring success.
You will ensure that our key messages reach our target audience as we enter our next stage of growth and expansion. With the support of our Social Media Executive, and Graphic Designer, you will craft and execute written and visual content for digital campaigns. Your role will involve data-driven analysis, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
More of your day-today
Develop and oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Optimise and scale paid media campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition and maximise return on ad spend.
Create personalised and targeted email marketing campaigns and maintain the Switchee monthly newsletter.
Ensure the website is continuously updated / optimised to provide a great user experience and lead SEO efforts.
Identify key growth opportunities and prioritise initiatives based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Work closely with the Product Marketing function on product launches and updates.
Collaborate with the wider time to create thought leadership content to support campaigns, including white papers, blogs, webinars.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Support the team by attending events.
Who You Are

Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics and Semrush.
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ad and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns
Content production (blog and whitepapers and case studies, marketing emails)
Desired experience:
Experience communicating with social housing.
Experience with domestic/home automation
Experience/knowledge of working within Europe
