Responsibilities:
- Lead GB & Ireland Digital strategy development for the Franchise Beverages business, including Social Strategy and website management.
- Lead for our first-party data capture strategy and delivery of initiatives to achieve our global ambition to capture 10% of our consumer audience’s data.
- Lead for digital agency relationships, including our Social agency Kairos, accountable for working through the development of the right asset resourcing model to deliver strategy
- Work closely with TCP media lead ( dotted line ) to ensure all plans deliver best-in-class digital channel execution, including developing key assets for priority campaigns.
- Develop world class , fame driving assets to capture attention on the priority campaigns.
- Accountable for sharing Pep best practice e-Comm strategy with bottler teams and delivering best practice e-Comm assets to support their channel plans.
- Work with Brand Teams on priority projects within the overall Brand Calendar – priority brands Pepsi MAX and Rockstar to step change how we engage in culture
Local Strategy Development
- Develop our 1st Party Data capture strategy with ambition to capture 10% of our consumer base leveraging work done on QR code integration into our plans.
- Develop our Social strategy to engage with our consumer audience and be part of culture.
- Lead the management of agencies ,deliverables, timelines and budgets to deliver marketing social plans on priority brands and digital eComm assets.
- Manage our websites working closely and manage Cheetah Digital on priority initiatives.
- Define, lead and execute brand partnerships & sponsorships with 3rd parties/partners where relevant.
- Work with insights to define the right testing protocol and research to evaluate effectiveness of our plans including setting up our social listening approach.
- Provide analysis and recommend way forward grounded in consumer insight
- Agree strategic priorities and work with Britvic commercial teams to deliver the assets required for e Comm best practice within the Britivic Bottler.
Qualifications
Knowledge and technical skills:
- University degree or equal
- Proven years of relevant job experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing.
- Strong experience in working with Digital agencies and Influencers to achieve objectives.
- Experience of e-Comm best practices and asset development
- Strong understanding of consumer & how to leverage consumer insight
- Strong experience of the creative development process for digital channels, ability to deliver with flair and creativity
- Fluent Business English
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Advanced strategic and analytical skills and drive for success
- Team player with the ability to lead and inspire/take others with you
- Strong capabilities of managing competing priorities within a complex, fast-paced environment / resilience
