Join our team as a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the way in defining, developing, and delivering exceptional content that drives high customer satisfaction and business impact.
The Position
You will own the content delivery roadmap, developing and curating content, working closely with the cross functional Novo Nordisk teams to deliver customer satisfaction and high business impact content experiences.
You will be responsible of:
- Discovering, gathering, and publishing content throughout Novo Nordisk multichannel platforms and ecosystem. Conducting content audits and gap analysis and using findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation and operations.
- Leading and scaling a cross functional colleague content squad and agile content development methodology.
- Working cross functionally and partnering with Customer & Commercial insights (CCI) to align on customer segmentation, targeting and content positioning strategies.
- Collaborating with broader Customer Channels & Content team on the development of customer content journey planning and promotion by following the principle of right message, right time, right device.
- Implementing multichannel projects from strategy to approved tangible deliverables, as well as managing all multichannel content through internal approval process. Monitoring and controlling live content, ensuring compliance standards are always upheld.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated understanding of converting customer insight into impactful business actions.
- Demonstrated knowledge and strong understanding of all traditional and non-traditional consumer marketing channels including print, online, broadcast, and social media.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing database utilisation and management Knowledge and experience of website analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in digital media, email marketing and website optimization.
- Brand management and Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry including experience in developing content and customer journeys for CRMs systems would be a plus.
You should possess a customer-centric mindset and we are also looking for a dynamic individual who can seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and move our content strategy forward.
