Job description – Must be able to work regular weekends.

Administration Assistant urgently required to join the team here at Synaptik, working to meet demands for an on-going project on the Isle of Man, where all accommodation, travel and expenses are covered to ensure you arrive on the island and are ready to commence work.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will provide a full range of general administrative support to the Clinical Secretarial Teams.

Admin Assistant:

  • Previous Administration experience – Min 1 year
  • Excellent communications skills – Oral & Written
  • Experience of Data Entry
  • Experience of working with confidential documents
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process test results
  • Filing patient records
  • Mail – Opening/Processing to relevant department
  • Stock Management
  • General administration tasks – Photocopying, Letter/Email writing
  • Telephone – Incoming/Outgoing
