The Jing Institute is an award-winning established company based in the bustling heart of Brighton laines, offering degree level and beginners courses in massage and complementary medicine. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to become a part of our dynamic and forward-thinking sales and marketing team
This is a support role assisting with the day-to-day content creation needed across website, social media, and email marketing campaigns. It’s an exciting opportunity to get hands on experience across all aspects of marketing in a small business setting and would suit a first jobber or someone looking to learn skills to change career.

We’re looking for someone keen to learn, quick to pick up operating systems and with some knowledge of marketing aspects. Copywriting skills are helpful and some knowledge/experience of working with website templates and CRM systems would also be of benefit but full training would be provided.
Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager responsibilities would include:
- Creating and updating web pages
- Creating and updating online courses – currently using Sensei
- Creating and updating automated email campaigns in Infusionsoft
- Setting up social media and google adverts
- Creation and addition of new products on website (woocommerce) and in Infusionsoft
- Video subtitling and graphic creation for marketing materials in Canva
- Website testing as part of updates process
- Reel/Tiktok creation
- Social media monitoring and scheduling
- Recording and uploading virtual classrooms using zoom
- Assisting with creation of new website
Hours:
15 hours a week
Pay:
£12.50 per hour based on 15 hours per week
Work Schedule:
- 3 days a week x 5 hours 9am-2pm between Monday and Thursday (days negotiable)
Location:
- Jing Advanced Massage Institute in central Brighton.
Contract:
- Initial one year contract but as Jing is going through a period of strong growth, we are anticipating opportunities for additional hours or a full time role
- We are looking for someone who can start the role ASAP
