We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join us, to be part of a successful and sustainable business and help devise a digital strategy for the next stage of our development.
You will be responsible for developing ongoing strategies to promote the brand and support relationship development with our key audiences including clients, prospects, introducers, recruits, and alumni.
You will report directly to the Head of Business Development & Marketing and will provide proactive support and direction for the partners and fee-earners in their BD and Marketing roles.
Main responsibilities:
Our emphasis is on ensuring that content is engaging so the presentation is key. We are looking to roll out a new suite of digital templates to support that. You will be working across the following formats (and we’d be delighted if you have new ideas too); web content (Xenario), blogs (Wordpress), vlogs, podcasts (Buzzsprout), webinars and email newsletter, bulletins, and invitations.
Key Objectives
- Manage web content & Blogs
- Organise and facilitate Webinars & promote through Social Channels & recording & editing
- Organise & facilitate Podcasts- recording & editing
- Email Marketing Campaigns- Quarterly newsletters, Mailings, Data Management & Analysis
- Employer Branding (external)
- Attend Marketing Sector Groups
- Act as a Social Media Coach to the Partners & Fee Earners
- Event Support
- Photography
About You:
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO, Social, Email & online advertising
- Ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence from all internal clients across the firm.
- Ideas and Initiative and a passion for marketing
- Excellent content creator with strong communications skills at all levels
- Creative & resourceful, able to manage multiple priorities

What we offer
Salary: Up to £31K DOE
Based: London- Hybrid Working
