Salary: £27,000 + bonus +bens

Why do we want you?

You are a curious, experienced Digital Marketeer who loves working on email marketing and social media campaigns but also enjoys the variety of supporting marketing related activities projects such as data segmentation and updating, PPC, SEO and reporting.

You have experience of using email marketing software such as Mailchimp / Marketo or similar, are looking for a role that will allow you to drive email strategy and campaigns, and you love being kept busy by a forward thinking, flexible organisation.

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities:

If you are passionate about making sure customers get the right message at the right time and you have a fanatical eye for detail as well as a love of testing, optimising and measuring results, this is definitely the role and team for you!

On a day to day basis you will;

Lead the global schedule of emails working with multiple stakeholders
Create and deploy email marketing campaigns and be a superuser of our marketing software, Marketo
Devise and action an A/B testing and optimisation plan for campaign and automated emails, and provide analysis from these on a monthly basis
Analyse performance using key KPIs to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development
Assist in handling data including cleansing, reporting and database flows
Create PPC campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
Monitor SEO performance and support with managing backlinks and broken pages
Assist with gathering data for stakeholders using Google Analytics
Stay up to date with industry best practice and competitor activities
Assist with other digital marketing activities such as web edits and digital asset creation

Essential and desirable capabilities:

We know it’s not a skill, but you must have permission to work in the Country in which this role is located by the start of your employment.

You will also need;

A passion for digital marketing with a particular love of analytics and testing
Relevant experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on email marketing (Marketo experience would be an advantage)
SEO experience or an understanding of the principles of SEO with a willingness to learn more
Obsessive attention to detail with a passion for quality
A love of learning – both knowledge and skills
To be a creative question-asker and a solution-finder
To be able to work in a fast paced, fun and progressive environment
