What we do
At Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, we train highly skilled hearing dogs that help deaf people and offer a wide range of personalised hearing support services, which together provide emotional and practical help for deaf people.
What you will be doing
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Hearing Loss Services team to help the department to meet its service delivery and marketing objectives for our range of personalised services.
You will be an effective digital copywriter who will work as part of a small busy team managing our paid search adverts, supporting the creation and distribution of key digital communications and be responsible for our social media channels.
This new, fixed term role, may be suitable for a candidate who is looking for a flexible home-based working. The initial post is for 12 months with the potential for renewal, thereafter, depending on growth and charity needs.
What you will need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant experience in a digital marketing role
- A good working knowledge of managing and optimising campaigns across paid-for channels including, but not limited to, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Be an excellent digital copywriter and draft effective, keyword-rich Ad copy for digital content and paid search.
- Ability to research keywords relating to the hearing loss sector and topics
- Understanding of managing social channels including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
- Experience of using e-mail distribution marketing tools to deliver effective digital solutions.
- The ability to prioritise and work proactively under your own initiative, in a changing environment and with tight deadlines
- A keenness to take on a wide range of tasks to support the Charity’s service delivery and marketing activity

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
