Job description
The Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our small but growing Marketing team. Currently in place, we have another Marketing Executive, a Graphic Designer and a Marketing Manager heading up the team. We are in search of someone to support in developing our brand and image, and grow the business as we enter a new, exciting phase of diversification in the health and wellbeing market. This role will work across all areas of the business, including the Evergreen Life app (B2C) as well as our services and solutions in the NHS (B2B). We need someone who has quite broad experience in marketing, that is able and willing to work across brand and content work, social channels, online advertising and internal communications.
What you'll be doing:
- B2B lead gen campaigns, (ideation, execution and optimisation) across digital channels, including email and paid social
- Web and in-app conversion rate optimisation (both B2B and B2C)
- Looking at in-app and website data to A/B test and optimise user journeys
- Using Google Analytics for the implementation of tracking and goals
- Supporting in management of external agencies
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with managing the digital budget whilst questioning if it is being spent effectively to grow the business
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
- Copywriting
- Working closely with our in-house Graphic Designer to create marketing assets
- Supporting on internal communications, e.g. company newsletter
You will need:
- 4+ years' experience in marketing
- Strong Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio skills
- Experience in using Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Very good understanding of digital acquisition channels
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strong B2B lead gen campaigns
- The ability to put users and user insight at the heart of all decisions
- Proven track record of optimising online campaigns
- Experience developing, deploying, managing and reporting on campaigns
- CRO experience would be an added benefit!
