What you'll be doing
You will work directly with our clients to support them with various digital marketing services, carry out administrative tasks and be responsible for delivering efficient customer support and building strong relationships. We are looking for a proactive marketing account executive to assist our busy, fast-paced digital marketing team.
The key job responsibilities will include
- Directly managing digital marketing accounts
- Monthly report writing including analysis, activity overview and recommendations
- Regular client meetings to review activities and on-going digital marketing strategy
- SEO tasks including keyword research, link building and writing metadata
- Creating and sending email campaigns
- Organic social media management (for Dolia and our clients)
- Social ad creation
- Use of Google tools including Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Website support, maintenance & updates
- Establish and maintain client relationships via support requests and other digital marketing activities
What you need to know
- Microsoft Office
- Good communication and written skills
- Creative thinker
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- Able to follow instructions and work independently and work well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Good time management and organised (including multitasking!)
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (and scheduling tools)
- Good knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Good knowledge of HTML / CSS / Website editing skills would be advantageous
- Good understanding of email marketing software - e.g. MailChimp, Campaign Monitor
- Good knowledge of Adobe software including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator would be excellent
