Digital Marketing Executive – 9 month Fixed Term Contract
We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to assist the eBusiness Manager in the management of the ATS Euromaster ecommerce website and online booking tools as well as assisting with online marketing campaigns on a 9 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
In the role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the website to provide an online customer experience and proposition that maximises sales and conversion. You will also support the Customer Relations team as the first point of contact for website related customer queries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of the UK ecommerce revenue plan.
- Assisting with the implementation of effective online marketing plan to drive traffic to ATS Euromaster websites and increase awareness of the ATS Euromaster brand.
- Updating and maintenance of website and online shop content using Content Management Systems.
- Working closely with the eBusiness and Digital Acquisition Managers and using analytic tools, to determine the requirement for changes and enhancements to our ecommerce website & applications to drive visits and sales opportunities.
- Responsible for shaping and deploying the day to day content for the website including monthly changes, banners, images, copy, liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of the online product catalogue.
- Release Testing - technical testing and implementation, moving through into production.
- Timely assistance and support for release processes, detailing and advising local and European teams on issues and potential remedies.
- Project Support: Day to day administration and support as and when required.
- Ownership and resolution of queries from ATS Service Centres relating to online transactions and appointments.
- Regular benchmarking against best practice retail websites as well as online competitors.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in creating, editing and managing content across digital platforms. You will also have website maintenance and management along with digital marketing experience.
You will be proactive and creative, with an appreciation of effective design and its importance in customer communications.
You will have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. With an eye for detail, you will be able to plan and prioritise your workload and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will thrive working in a fast paced environment, and enjoy working as part of a team. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft, Google and preferably experience with CMS applications.
Please note that whilst the role is contractually based from our head office in Aston, Birmingham, there is a hybrid working arrangement in place, 2 days a week in the office.
In return, you will be rewarded of a basic salary of circa £30,000pa pro rata.
