Can you help us get our fruit and veg from farms to our members' tables? As much as 40% of food produced globally is wasted. When food is wasted, all the water and energy used to grow it is at risk of being lost too. Most people don’t realise it, but food waste is a climate issue – and one of the most urgent ones at that.
We're Oddbox. A fruit and veg subscription company on a mission to Eat Good, Do Good and Stay Odd. And we’re seeking a Digital Marketing Exec to join our wonderfully wonky marketing team. You’ll be working with some great people across Oddbox to bring our communities closer to our mission and rescue more great produce at risk of going to waste.
The Role:
Influencing digital channels and adverts? Building and implementing tests? Launching new platforms and technologies? A role where you are given the support to thrive and the autonomy to grow?
Yup, all of the above. And plenty of space to learn, test new ideas and sink your teeth into fighting food waste. You'll be supporting our online marketing strategy and will play a key role in growing our customer base.
Primary responsibilities:
Working closely with our Growth Lead, you’ll grow our subscriber base, managing and running the daily activities of all online acquisition channels
Provide analysis and reporting on digital activity
Use digital marketing data to identify trends, make suggestions and test innovative solutions
Set up and manage tracking and measurement for digital campaigns
Work closely with creative teams in designing briefs for paid digital campaign assets
Support planning, development and implementation of the digital roadmap
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be a curiously-minded marketer, always willing to ask questions of yourself and those around you
You’ll love learning new technologies and will work to stay ahead of trends in digital marketing
You’ll have experience in digital paid digital marketing campaigns and a growing understanding of how these impact Cost per Acquisition and Life Time Value
You’re detail-oriented and can spot errors before ads are launched
You have a love of creating solutions. And you’re not afraid to test and adapt your ideas
You enjoy working with numbers and data just as much as you enjoy creative processes
You’ve previously worked with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads Platform and Meta Ads Manager

Duration of role – permanent
Location – Hybrid-On average, you'll spend two days each week in our Vauxhall office, working with other Oddboxers and seeking out the low-hanging fruit. (Is that a fruit pun?! Maybe. Or we could just be talking about our always fresh fruit bowl and snack cupboard). You'll need to visit our distribution centre in Croydon and packing facility in Birmingham a couple of times each year.
