Digital Marketing Coordinator
Suffolk Libraries is a charitable organisation, independent of Suffolk County Council, which runs the library service throughout Suffolk.

Suffolk Libraries is committed to innovation and changing the public’s perception of what libraries have to offer. We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience of working in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Has experience of creating high quality engaging content for social media and email marketing
- Has experience of using and interpreting analytics data to continuously improve and produce effective campaigns
- Is creative, has a personal approach with unique ideas
- Has excellent communication skills, able to establish good working relationships with a range of people and stakeholders
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of working
- Has an interest in charity and arts marketing
- Is IT literate, prepared to experiment with new innovative technologies and processes.
- Confident sharing learning across the organisation to encourage engaging and accessible, digital practice
- Has an interest in strategy and digital content production
- Is ambitious, with a willingness to access training opportunities to further their personal professional development.
This position is for 37 hours per week for a fixed term until March 2026 (Part-time applicants will also be considered for a minimum of 26.5 hours per week).
Due to the breadth of the organisation, this role will require work across multiple sites so a willingness to travel is essential.
Rate of pay £27,000 per annum.
