Full time Receptionist position at our new private Healthcare Clinic in Leeds City Centre.
Reports To: Registered Manager/Deputy Clinic Manager

The DEXASTRONG Clinic is the first of many planned in the UK. We are a brand-new, modern health and wellness space just a short walk from Leeds train station on Wellington Street. Our clinic offers DEXA scanning facilities for testing bone density and body composition. We also offer Bonestrong bone-loading technology for improved muscle strength and increased bone density and private GP consultation rooms. Here you will be surrounded by enthusiastic, health focused individuals with an interest in educating and providing care to help clients achieve their most optimal physical condition that they are able. Job Purpose:
The role is based in our clinic and the post holder will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, members of the public, contractors, and suppliers; meeting and greeting a wide range of clients, visitors; answering the telephone enquiries and being the public face of the clinic.
To assist with marketing and sales to maximise business development in line with the business plan and forecasts.
You will work closely with members of the team with varied administrative tasks including maintaining diaries, giving the public information about Dexastrong services, arranging appointments for clients, organising meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing post.
You will need to be IT-literate as you will be using a range of different systems and software.
Main Duties:
· To provide the highest level of customer service to clients, visitors, suppliers and members of the public at all times. This can be via the telephone, face to face contact, internet enquiries or email.
· Ensure that the telephone and email/website enquiries are dealt with according to Dexastrong’s KPI’s and in keeping with Dexastrong standards.
· Assist with banking procedures in accordance with company procedures and protocols.
· Ensure that reception area and front of house is spotlessly maintained, and kept neat and tidy at all times. Be responsible for literature, magazines and other printed materials located in and around reception.
· Resolve the majority of enquiries that you receive, refer others to more senior members of staff as appropriate.
· Undertake a range of general reception and administrative duties, ensure that appropriate records (manual and computerised) are maintained including internal directories, Client records etc.
· Assist with the marketing of company services.
· Liaise with other colleagues regarding services required to deliver a high quality service and customer experience.
· Arrange for general housekeeping and routine repairs and planned preventative maintenance to be undertaken at appropriate times to minimise disruption and ensure smooth running of the clinic.
· Observe business etiquette and confidentiality at all times.
· The job holder is responsible for his/her health and safety.
· The job holder will attend training courses, meetings and other team events as required.
· The job holder will carry out such other reasonable tasks that may from time to time be allocated.
