Digital Marketing Coordinator based in Birmingham, working for one of the longest-running fuel cell technology businesses in the UK. It is a small business with a huge international presence. Over the past 20 years, Adelan strengthened its technical position through collaborative partnerships with customers in business, academia, and government. The organisation works with technology Partners and allied organisation's such as the FCH JU, University of Birmingham, EPSRC, and a network of international partnerships to commercialise fuel cell technology.
The team has a suite of exciting projects underway and is looking for the right candidate to help us execute them in the digital marketing coordinator role. With various campaigns and network events on the horizon, Adelan is a hiring a Digital marketing coordinator to design and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals and increase brand awareness.
Digital Marketing Training
For the first 15 months of this role you will be enrolled in the Digital Marketing Academy, an award-winning Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship programme. This is open to all ages as well as non-marketing graduates. You will learn a wide range of digital marketing knowledge, skills and behaviours from expert marketers:

The Working Knowledge Digital Marketing Academy trained the BCS Digital Marketer
Apprentice of the Year in 2022 and 2023. Our apprentices typically go on to become Marketing Managers, Director of Marketing, Head of Brand Strategy and Social Media Managers.
The training is delivered via live online sessions with your cohort of 8 digital marketers. You will have monthly 1:1s with your marketing coach, along with monthly group Masterclasses and Workshops, where one topic will be covered in detail and you will have the opportunity to meet and work with your cohort.
Each module includes a practical assignment to apply your new knowledge in your role with the guidance of the trainer and your marketing coach. Each trainer is an expert in their field of marketing and committed to bringing on the next generation of marketers.
Other responsibilities include:
· Coordinating marketing campaigns to reach a broader audience this will include coordinating the assets for the events which include marketing materials and videos
· Managing campaigns to improve the visibility of Adelan
· Creating attractive content across all platforms to send to existing clients.
· Taking the lead on marketing - determining marketing strategy.
· General day-to-day and ad hoc marketing support as directed
· Monitoring performance of social media marketing and interacting with all engageme
· Market research into performance against competitors
