Job description

Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies for ourselves and our multiple clients. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving online traffic, increasing brand awareness, optimizing conversion rates and drive sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.

Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance the user experience and optimize conversion rates.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them effectively.

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing customer databases.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing campaigns.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
