  • Starting Salary: £35,000
  • Plus access to Company Bonus scheme

Standard Working Hours: 37.5 Hours / Week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

Due to our sustained growth we are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a newly formed position, and therefore seek a self-starter who can take the initiative, put their own stamp on this exciting new role and play an important part in the company’s ongoing success.


About ScotForce Healthcare

The primary objectives of the role are to ensure the company has an excellent digital footprint and to oversee all day-to-day marketing and communications projects for both internal and external audiences.

  • Working with Sales personnel to create effective B2B marketing campaigns and measure engagement / leads
  • Working with Recruitment personnel to maximise the performance of candidate attraction methods
  • Working with Operations Personnel to strengthen customer and staff engagement
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content and use data insights to inform content strategy
  • Social media content creation and performance tracking
  • Creating digital brochures and digital forms
  • Website development and SEO
  • Content creation /copywriting
  • Monthly reporting (including Google Analytics) to senior management
  • Overseeing other digital / marketing projects, as required

Candidate Specification


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a B2B service environment
  • Experience in digital content creation
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience working with marketing platforms such as Hubspot
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues of all levels
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects
