Opportunity
Tanager Wealth Management seeks a talented and motivated Graduate Trainee Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and manage our firm's website, social media presence, and internal and external communication. You will also be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing paid advertising, and generating leads.
Working closely with the Managing Partners and an experienced marketing consultant, this is an excellent opportunity to start building your CV and gain experience in a rapidly changing industry at a firm with a strong brand reputation that is growing quickly.
About the Role
- Develop and maintain the firm's website, ensuring that content is accurate and current
- Manage social media content, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics
- Create and deliver marketing materials, such as newsletters, e-mails, and presentations
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and other platforms
- Generate leads and track their progress
- Work with other departments to ensure that coordination of marketing efforts
- Acts as an ambassador for the Tanager brand, embracing our mission, vision and values
Essential
- Excellent design and creative awareness.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of brand identity
- Effective guardian of brand identity to ensure appropriate and consistent delivery
- Knowledge and ability to use and apply a range of software and platforms, including Agorapulse (social media aggregation), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, and Microsoft Office, effectively
- Unrestricted rights to work in the UK
Desirable
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Competent use of Microsoft Windows Applications
- Able to form and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external providers
- Demonstrates responsibility and ownership of tasks
- Prioritises work effectively and completes work promptly
Additional Information
The role is office based, and due to the nature of the role, training and colleague liaison requires easy access to the office.
