About DCYPHER
DCYPHER is an online tech beauty brand specialising in the personalisation of cosmetics. We have an ambitious mission – to change the way that consumers buy beauty. Our world-first approach enables customers to build an entirely bespoke foundation formula that not only perfectly matches your skin, but also has the ideal coverage and finish, just the way you like it.
There’s nothing off the shelf about DCYPHER; we start each formula from scratch meaning that every foundation that leaves our lab is entirely unique and personalised to you. No templates, no shortcuts, no compromises.
In terms of customer experience, we offer a unique and superior way to buy foundations, on our website you can use digital technology to accurately measure your skin tone before customising all other aspects of the formulation. Using our in-house blending technology, we then create your bespoke made-to-order foundation.
Despite very minimal investments in PR and marketing to date we have received a wealth of positive independent reviews and press coverage, and we were immensely proud to win Cosmopolitan’s 2021 Best Custom Foundation Award. We are at a very exciting stage in our business, we have spent the last two years perfecting our technology and now we’re ready to take DCYPHER to the next level with investments in our marketing, communications and social media.
