Digital Marketing Manager
We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Nolte Kitchens and contribute to the successful growth of our UK kitchen retail business.

The role is based in our head office in Wilmslow, and will be the first in-house appointment for marketing. Nolte Kitchens UK recently invested into 15 retail showrooms which it owns and manages. The strategy is to continue to grow these in the coming years along with developing new routes to market. This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and self-driven digital marketing professional to develop our digital strategy and the Nolte proposition in the UK. The role reports into the Managing Director UK & Ireland.
Key responsibilities:
- To grow and develop sales of Nolte Kitchens range of products in the market in line with business objectives.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand Digital Marketing requirements and build effective, integrated campaigns that meet objectives.
- Manage the website including day to day performance and analysis, with a clear view on website conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing.
- A strong understanding and ability to manage and optimise paid channels including Google, Bing and other paid search channels as well as social including Facebook, Instagram and developing new channels such as Tik Tok, You Tube, Pinterest etc.
- Develop a broad understanding of E-mail marketing channels, and take ownership of managing and improving the returns.
- Manage technical, create and deliver organic and SEO activity providing recommendations and content proposals, and analyse the performance.
- Manage the CRM (Hubspot) for campaigns with multiple touch points including email, push notifications, direct mail, display and social media.
- Accurately forecast potential delivery for the accounts.
- Managing ongoing relationship with current marketing agency, ensuring optimum performance and best value.
- Conduct weekly and monthly activity reporting, occasional presentations to the Board of Directors and wider management team.
Candidate requirements
- Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Paid Social and E-mail marketing.
- Be the team expert on the website, SEO and analytics, the go to person for queries.
- Experience of managing performance driven campaigns with evidence of increasing revenue through a multi-channel approach.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, able to set priorities and a desire to consistently exceed expectations.
- Team player within the Nolte UK team structure.
- Excellent planning, organisation, time management, written + verbal communication skills.
