Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the team’s digital marketing efforts and strategy delivers the maximum benefit in terms of market awareness, and lead generation to deliver the agreed results.
The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will
- Design and execute successful digital marketing campaigns aligned with a Sales go to market strategy.
- Lead the execution efforts of multichannel campaigns to unlock revenue potential with existing and new client prospects in our target market.
- Experiment with different digital marketing campaign tactics and drive continuous improvement of our methods and KPI results.
- Create and implement a targeted social media campaign across all channels.
- Collaborate with the Telesales team to create relevant messaging and content and set up campaign target segments based on personas and timely, relevant market themes.
- Manage and maintain our in-house client data set to ensure the database is kept up to date with relevant field markers.
- Leverage existing marketing tools and potentially seek out new technological capabilities and service providers to support cross-channel campaign efforts (LinkedIn, website, landing pages etc.), using multi-media such as video, webinars, and podcasts to drive our agreed outcomes.
- Work effectively with stakeholders within Sales and Marketing to develop and manage an agreed Marketing budget.
We are looking for
- Someone with a go-getter attitude.
- Knowledge and experience of working as part of a Sales and Marketing function performing in the function of digital marketing.
- Has used and has knowledge of either Dot Digital, Mailchimp or Hubspot previously.
- Strong presentation, writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical approach to marketing data.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good relationship-building skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
