Job description

Description:

Based in Cranston, Rhode Island, Met-Cap Management, LLC is the heartbeat to a variety of owned and operated businesses. From a chain of successful, multi-branded retail stores, to two bi-coastal B2B and D2C global distribution and fulfillment centers, to the creation and go-to-market strategies for a host of proprietary brands, and property management.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Manager to help with the development, optimization, and growth of multiple direct-to-consumer brands in one of the largest and fastest growing industries today. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will report to the Vice President of Digital Strategy and work cross-functionally to improve digital campaign performance and brand awareness across our family of brands. We are looking for a "strategic doer" who has experience developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost conversions.

You will oversee various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and more. Your role will involve managing third-party SEO and PPC teams, analyzing data, and continually optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create, implement, and manage multi-platform digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate third-party SEO and PPC teams to optimize website rankings and increase visibility on search engines.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts with the assistance of a third-party agency, including content creation, community management, and engagement to build brand loyalty and drive customer engagement.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalized content to drive customer retention and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate/conduct return on ad spend analyses in partnership with internal teams.
  • Maximize overall revenue potential by developing initiatives to support new channel, product, and customer opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Investigate, implement and test new tools and capabilities across digital media - i.e. attribution solutions, video, mobile, etc., in partnership with internal teams and agencies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party SEO and PPC teams and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with customers across various platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.

We are a proud equal opportunity employer that welcomes and strongly encourages all races, religions, nationalities, genders, the LGTBQIA+ community, and people with disabilities to apply. Our ability to attract and retain a talented and dedicated workforce that reflects the diverse backgrounds of those we serve is what drives our success.
