About the Job
Our central marketing team are responsible for delivering our inspiring campaigns for our key brands - Lipsy, Love & Roses and Friends Like These. As Senior Marketing Manager you will lead the team in delivering the marketing strategy across all digital marketing channels.
You will be responsible for…
- Team management - As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of talented marketing individuals to achieve their fullest potential and meet their preset departmental goals. The busy marketing & shoot calendar requires an organised individual to ensure we have full channel and brand coverage when team members are out on location shoots or events.
- Performance Management - Monitor team performance against established KPIs and targets. Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure objectives are met, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Digital Marketing Strategy implementation and development - Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to create and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with the brand's business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach across all digital platforms.
- Stakeholder management - Work in collaboration with Next Marketing departments and other key stakeholders to share key learnings.
- Budget Management - Responsible for managing the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Brand differentiation - Working across three brands you will need to ensure marketing assets are hitting the relevant brand guidelines to avoid cross over. Agency experience is desirable.
- Social Media Management - Oversee and manage the brand's presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) to build a strong and engaged community, create compelling content, and drive user interaction.
- Paid Marketing - Work alongside NEXT & our Digital Marketing agency to plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Email Marketing - Work alongside the team to create targeted segmented emails to be sent weekly to existing customers, identified from Next database
- International Marketing - Work in collaboration with the wider marketing team to support the best performing countries outside of the UK.
Your Talent…
- Experience operating in a Senior Marketing Management position ideally within a fashion/ retail environment client or agency side
- Previous experience of managing and developing a team of high performers
- Broad digital marketing knowledge across all channels - particularly paid media/ paid social
- Passion for the industry with an enthusiasm for new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, reactive environment
