The role is part of a team that is responsible for the management of Cheshire West and Chester Council's two permanent Gypsy and Traveller sites, and for any future sites that may be brought forward by the partnership authorities.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with Gypsies and Travellers or other vulnerable groups or in a housing management role and be organised and a team player.

The job holder will assist with the sites managed by the Cheshire and Warrington Gypsy and Traveller Team, by maintaining office systems and keeping accurate records, maintaining the site waiting lists, processing applications and collating relevant references in line with the Councils Gypsy and Traveller Allocations Policy.
