Job Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive careers advice and coaching to both BPP students and recent graduates. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of our robust Careers strategy, fostering the active involvement of students and graduates in our esteemed careers information, advice, and guidance services.
Through the utilisation of data sources, you will create focused and highly impactful interventions for our graduates. Your expertise will enable you to offer expert guidance on the various available support services, swiftly addressing any inquiries they may have. Additionally, you will conduct personalised one-on-one coaching sessions, tailoring guidance and support to meet the unique needs of each student and graduate and coordinate appointments with other Careers Consultants, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive support system for our esteemed graduates.
What we’re looking for
Hold a bachelor's degree or possess an equivalent level of education.- Prior experience in the higher education sector, careers guidance services, or graduate recruitment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering consultancy and training sessions on an individual basis as well as to groups, in person and online.
- Exhibit strong collaborative skills and the ability to effectively work as part of a team
