We appear regularly on TV and are often featured in the press, and we are loved, and trusted, by our loyal members to deliver the very best experience when it comes to healthy eating and weight management. We help people who are challenged with their weight to change their lives, by treating the causes and consequences of their weight gain so that they feel good in their body and in their mind.
As part of the European expansion of Jane Plan, we have now joined forces with French market leader, Comme J’aime. We are already present in 6 countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, and of course, the UK, and more than 750,000 people have already followed our method.
To support our growth in Europe, we are looking for a Paid Performance Executive, to join our headquarters in London and Paris.
Your tasks:
- To manage and optimize qualified lead acquisition campaigns on different channels
· To manage paid advertising on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.), emailing/affiliation, special operations
· To work across brands in: UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Germany
· The brands include: Jane Plan, Diet Chef, Comme J’aime, Régime Box, Mimi Minceur, Equilibroo
- To write content and create visuals to feed these campaigns, independently (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and/or by creating precise briefs (emailing kits, more complex banners, etc.)
- To optimize sites and landing pages to improve their performance (lead generation and purchase funnel)
- To analyze the performance of these campaigns on a daily basis to optimize costs and results (ROI)
- To prospect and constantly test: new levers, new functionalities, etc.
To regularly monitor competitors and main players in lead generation
Your skills:
- You will have been trained in digital marketing, and have 3 years of successful experience in high growth, goal orientated businesses. You like to work within a team, as well as with the different departments. Our European development requires fluent English and French.
- You have a good command of Excel
- You have knowledge of Analytics tracking solutions
- You have knowledge of tracking tools (Google Tag Manager) and AB testing would be a plus

Place:
The position is based in London and Paris with 2 wfh days a week.

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
