Inbound Digital Marketing Manager
(Permanent, Full-Time 8:45 – 5:30pm, Hybrid Working Option)

Your New Role:
This role will play a critical role in supporting the Digital Team and the Head of Marketing when required, in delivering all aspects of the Digital Marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, Execute and Deliver Inbound Marketing Strategy
- Content Creation and Management – employing SEO, social media, and paid campaigns to maximise content visibility and reach.
- Multi-channel Campaign Management
- PPC Management
- Customer Journey Optimisation
- Team Collaboration and Alignment
- Reporting and Analysis
- Budget Management
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in inbound marketing roles
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics and tools
- Proficiency in content creation and management
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Analytical mindset
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong leadership skills – line management experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion and natural inquisitiveness for all things digital and factual about the customer
- Industry, customer and market knowledge is advantageous
