Looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

What you’ll do:
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook ads
- Manage Microsoft suite including acting as Microsoft Administrator for GCLSE team members.
- Create campaigns including landing pages for specialized programs or events.
- Content creation.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges for remote workers on team and program participants.
- Update WordPress website as needed.
- Set up new hires with their technical set-up (ie: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
- Manage all third-party software used for digital marketing (ie: Mail Chimp, Pick Time, Go Daddy, etc.).
- Other tasks as requested.

Required Minimums:
- Ability to work both remotely and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
· Experience in Microsoft 365 management
· Experience managing social media accounts including content creation, strategy, scheduling, and paid Facebook ads.
- The ability to work within a team but independently.
- Provide and receive clear direction and feedback.
- Ability to obtain clear criminal record check, travel internationally, have a valid passport and driver’s license.
Preferred:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field.
- Demonstrable experience and / or educational degrees supporting your experience and capabilities.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing or social media related role.
- Experience working within the oil & gas, refining, construction, civil/environmental engineering, health care, manufacturing, utilities, or a workplace safety industry is preferred.
- Located in Calgary or Alberta, Canada is preferred.
