Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their marketing career, who enjoys working within a team and brings creativity, drive, and enthusiasm.
Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our technical documentation into accessible and engaging content. This role will entail crafting compelling case studies, generating relevant industry content, and driving impactful social media and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, engaging industry content for articles, blogs, social media, and our website
- Develop case studies of our projects
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels targeting specific customer groups
- Manage relationships with external agencies
- Analyse data and insights to inform marketing decisions
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Proven B2B marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to produce engaging written content
- Strong project management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Analytical mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends
Desirable Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Products
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Experience with Email Campaigns (Mailchimp, Hubspot etc)
- Basic understanding of HTML
- CRM experience
- Marketing Automation
Experience in the construction industry and B2B roles would be advantageous, particularly if you've worked within a cladding / façade marketing role.
