Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team and lead the digital marketing efforts at Central Profiles. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, generate leads, and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Central Profiles' products and services, targeting both B2B clients and specific industry sectors.
- Manage and optimise the company website using WordPress, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Google Ads campaigns, optimising performance based on data analysis to achieve maximum ROI.
- Utilise LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage with potential clients, build professional relationships, and drive business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and engage target audiences.
- Drive social media engagement by generating creative ideas, coordinating team involvement in content creation, and capturing photos/videos that showcase our manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing, and proactively apply them to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Take ownership of the digital marketing function and actively contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and management, to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including website management and content creation.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn outreach strategies and building professional networks.
- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
- Creative mindset with a bubbly personality, capable of energising and engaging the team in social media activities and content creation.
- Results-oriented and data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse metrics and make data-backed decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of the digital marketing function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
