Job description
Maintenance Operations Administrator
Supply a world-class service to BT’s customer base.
- Handle invoice queries & providing quotations for chargeable work
- Ensure work is authorised by the customer for correct amounts
- Coordinate feedback for the Client Management Team
- Support with controlling BT budgetary requirements
- Assist operations manager with Continuous Improvement
- You have a logical approach to problem solving
- You’re comfortable being customer facing
- Competent using reporting tools and data to drive efficiency
- Good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
- Able to work without supervision
- BT Pension scheme, minimum 5% Employee contribution, BT contribution 10%
