THE ROLE
Supply a world-class service to BT’s customer base.

Join a team of over 50 in BT’s parts & warranty function, helping improve team effectiveness and the customer experience. The office is based a couple minutes from Junction 30 off the M1, with free onsite parking. You’ll work on projects for clients like MoD, Specsavers, DWP & Morgan Sindall Group.

This role will see you partner closely with the customer, your line manager and external third parties – offering a lot of variety to your day-to-day. You’ll support your manager in transformational change, providing ideas for improving process. You’ll work with external suppliers as well as monitoring shipments of customer property and BT assets to and from repair centres.

Other areas of the business will partner with you to improve operational effectiveness, as you use data & reporting to plan & maintain activities.

You’ll have access to the Pluralsight portal and the BT Academy to help progress your development & career at BT. There will be training and qualifications on Dell, HPI, HPE, Lenovo products, along with familiarising you with Cisco, Fortinet and Meraki products.

Your core duties include:

• Handle invoice queries & providing quotations for chargeable work
• Ensure work is authorised by the customer for correct amounts
• Coordinate feedback for the Client Management Team
• Support with controlling BT budgetary requirements
• Assist operations manager with Continuous Improvement

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• You have a logical approach to problem solving
• You’re comfortable being customer facing
• Competent using reporting tools and data to drive efficiency
• Good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
• Able to work without supervision

FLEXIBLE WORKING
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
