Job description
Phase is seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Trainee to work closely with our executive staff to create and implement comprehensive programmes related to marketing, communications and advertising. The ideal candidate for this position will also be able to confidently speak to senior staff about their progress towards their objectives, identify new sales opportunities and work with the research team to develop new customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate sales campaigns and marketing events.
- Oversee marketing strategies.
- Use data analysis skills to improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
- Attend and present at regular training sessions
