If so, we would love to hear from you!We have an excellent opportunity to join our dedicated Production team on an alternating work pattern - you will be working a 2 week pattern as follows:Week 1 - Monday to Friday - 06.00 - 14.00Week 2 - Monday to Friday - 14.00 - 22.00You will be in charge of 1 of the 7 production lines adhering to food safety laws packing fresh frozen product for the major retailers.What are we looking for?This role will require you to have excellent attention to detail, perform to company KPI’s and be up to date with food safety, complying with customer and BRC standards. You will be setting up machines ready for the next production run, Running the line to ensure packs are sealed and to the correct quality, completing the necessary paperwork and washing down the lines once the production run has finished.You will ensure high working standards in relation to hygiene, technical documents and samples being taken to confirm with customer and BRC requirements.We are a team, so you will need a great team working ethosCommunication is key - with your colleagues ensuring good safety practicesPrevious experience working with machinery and also having managed a small team would be desirable but not a problem if you don’t as we will provide training.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £15.19 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:ASHFORD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 03/11/2023
