My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working from their Alderley Edge head office, they are currently looking to make an addition to their commercial property team, in the form of a Digital Marketing Executive. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the group's extensive Commercial Property portfolio.
The role is to shape and deliver the digital strategy projects across the marketing and communication platforms to promote the available properties within all areas of their Northwest portfolio. Whilst office based, a significant portion of the role will require time outside the office to collect engaging material to deliver on their social media platforms (photo or video) and connect with customers and clients, also attend regular networking groups across the portfolio and help build relationships with the group's customers and contacts.
You will be responsible for the email dashboards produced by (Agency Pilot our CRM Platform) to understand and communicate key campaign KPIs - from open rates, click through rates and opt out's to name a few. You'll work with the Marketing Manager to identify opportunities to improve customer communications to help drive engagement.
The right candidate must be confident and have a hands-on and proactive approach to delivery and effectiveness of in-house marketing and digital projects and events.
The role is also to assist in the marketing department across multiple disciplines such as: artwork updates to brochures, inserts and signage amends, updating of company website, microsites as well as all social media platforms.

Summary of Main Responsibilities:
Tasks can change regularly depending on the marketing activity and focus required at the time. An overview of the tasks involved include day-to-day marketing admin activities:
- Driving the online presence of the company and engagement between customers and potential customers
- Create compelling video content, including reels and short-form social videos, to capture the attention of our target audience.
- Writing, editing, and posting creative and dynamic content for the website, campaigns with the ultimate aim of driving more visitors to our website
- Manage with the marketing team to create dynamic content across our web and social media platforms
- Co-ordinate design and delivery of artwork to be utilised across various digital marketing channels
- Identifying areas for improvement in terms of online presence and new technology
- Updating relevant websites with any new imagery
- Working with the Marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and activities in line with company values and objectives
- Develop, manage, and assess digital marketing campaigns/e-news
- Reporting Twitter and LinkedIn analytics information on a monthly basis
- Help develop and deliver events programme, working alongside other partners and agencies to ensure smooth running of our events portfolio
- Attend regular networking meeting along with other Marketing team members, to help build relationships with customers and contacts
- Artwork including adverts, brochures, inserts and signage
- Briefing in new artwork into Graphic Designers
- Help pick up the tasks and responsibilities of the marketing and office assistant in their absence e.g., annual, or sick leave. (i.e.)
- Booking in photography when necessary and managing access arrangements and shoots, signage and brochure updates as requested and brief in agencies on outsourced projects when required.
The Person
- Relevant experience of planning and delivering digital campaigns across all channels including web, e-marketing and social media
- Solid understanding of SEO including implementation of organic growth strategies and initiatives
- Experience of using analytics tools
- Excellent design skills and a keen eye for photography.
- Experience of using design software to create marketing content and video would be advantage
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) at all levels, influence, present and report on how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple on-going assignments simultaneously
- Results-driven, collaborative and a ‘can-do’ attitude, a self-starter with a strong bias to action
- Strong experience with social platforms and tools (community management)
- Experience in people engagement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent copywriting skills and be able to devise and edit content for various digital platforms
- Strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
Desirable
- Ideally with experience in a marketing role and your specialism will be digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B and the property sector would be advantageous.
- Degree or CIM qualification.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and is based on experience, plus fantastic company benefits including ongoing development and support, free onsite parking, generous holiday allowance, Christmas shut down, generous company pension, and more.
