As part of our CoE you’ll utilise cutting edge technology to work closely with our Audit teams from across the country, improving the quality, efficiency, and innovation in the more complex areas of an audit. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.
What you'll do
Our CoE teams are specialists in some of the most complex areas of an Audit. You’ll begin your specialist learning pathway from the very start and will soon find yourself discussing pensions reporting and financial statements with Finance Directors of some of our biggest clients. Your knowledge will develop at pace. You’ll learn on the job, taking responsibility early on.
As you progress through your early career, if you choose to, you may have the opportunity to work within our wider Audit business, or you can continue to develop deeper expertise as you progress within our Centre of Excellence team. Either way, you’ll benefit from a quality training programme and gaining your Chartered Accountancy qualification.
What you'll gain
During our three year programme, you will also study towards the Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification.
