Aaki Corp is a Business to Business seller that has an excellent reputation in the industry. Aaki is known for designing quality products and providing outstanding customer service.
We have two main products right now. One is our anti-static bonding / grounding spool. The other is our motor shaft grounding module. We engineer and assemble both products and sell mostly through word of mouth, our website, Amazon and Ebay.
These products sell well and are well received by our customers, however we would like to kick up our digital sales and marketing efforts a notch. We have begun a new marketing campaign and are looking for the right person to help us execute and maintain it.
I believe we could do this with a dedicated person who would be interested in running all of it from the comfort of their own home.
Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Maintain the website, increase SEO, maintain and update products on WooCommerce, Amazon and Ebay, write blogs, generate leads through Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, etc.
With the right persion, this position may also have the potential to earn sales commissions through new sales generation. Responsibilities with this include: cold calling, answering customer inquiries, sending out quotes and product catalogs, and recording sales information in Salesforce.
We want you to help with the growth of the company by continually pushing the envelope and in general be part of something that has the potential to be interesting, engaging and fun.
Now don't let the blurb above fool you into thinking this is some large company. Aaki Corp is a small outfit that is built on the model of hiring people as required for a specific job. We have a number of consultants and companies that are brought in to help with tasks as we see fit. We keep it lean and mean. However, this position is the one that would help to tie it all together.
Also, don't think that Aaki Corp is some fly by night startup either. We've been around for over 30 years as an engineering, manufacturing and development company. We've grown, sold off parts of the organization, and grown again. Now we are trying something new...
We are looking for a specific skillset; Great English speaking skills, familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools, brochure creation, website influencer with good SEO skills (SEO may be outsourced), good telephone skills, good email skills, technologically savvy, and professional attitude. Experience with Amazon and Ebay would be beneficial, but not required.
Even more importantly, we are looking for an engaged, committed, self motivated, bright, forward thinking, customer driven, EBIDTA driven, go-getter that wants to see a company grow, and to grow with the company. You are looking for a challenge, all the time, every day.
This is a long term position that can take up as many hours as you want to give it providing that the sales (basically the results of your efforts) support the time. If the company is making money, (and really, a lot of that will depend on you), then you will be busy. If its not making money, well then there wont be a job like this. Pretty simple.
However, this is a business that will also give you a work life balance. If its getting too busy and we need to hire another person, then we will find the right one, add them to our group, and grow again.
