Digital Marketing Associate
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Full-time, Permanent (40h per week)
Remote (with occasional meets in London/Manchester offices)

THE ROLE
Digital Marketing Associate will work directly with the Head of Product to launch new education, commercial deals & product communication opportunities to drive engagement, education, satisfaction & ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Engagement Executive will:
- Create product marketing comms across email, push & in-app channels.
- Build & design email campaigns.
- Create content banners & internal social posts (CMS).
- Assist commercial team with managing retailer campaigns & assets.
- Identify campaign opportunities for better education & satisfaction across the existing product features across all channels (internal & PPC)
- Report on critical product performance metrics such as ARPU (Average Revenue per User), LTV (Lifetime Value) & CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in product and/or digital marketing in eCommerce (1-2 years preferred).
- Data-driven & data literate with working experience of analytics software
- Strong experience with design software (Canva, Adobe suite, etc.).
- Excellent written English & attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
