Digital Marketing Assistant
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive
Location: Hybrid Working
The Society is recruiting for an Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team here at the West Brom. The individual will maintain the information provided about the Society’s products and services across both consumer and intermediary websites, facilitating the Society’s email marketing campaigns and assisting with digital marketing activity
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain product information, interest rates, campaigns and all online content on consumer and intermediary websites.
- Reporting and analysis of site traffic, visitors and applications and build understanding of why customers come to our websites or leave our websites.
- Design and build of Society bulk emails via the email service provider.
- Reporting on e-mail delivery and performance.
- Ensure the Society’s approval and compliance process is followed for all web content.
- Liaise with internal contacts to ensure web content is regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
- Maintain and develop website procedures.
- Support the testing and implementation of new website developments
Skills & Attributes:
- Educated to minimum ‘A’ level standard
- A high level of attention to detail enabling them to manage detailed content with a consistently high degree of accuracy
- Knowledge of html and content management system experience advantageous
