The new Digital Marketing Assistant will join our Digital Marketing team at an extremely exciting time. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies across various channels. Your key focus areas will include search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profiles and online listings, Digital PR, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, Website CMS and Paid Search.
The Role:Responsibilities:
- Work with the Digital Team Managers and Head of Digital Marketing to execute digital marketing strategies to drive digital member acquisition for Explore Learning.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) tactics to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage digital PR activities, including identifying media opportunities, building relationships with key influencers, and securing online coverage for our brand.
- Monitor and maintain our listings (e.g. Google Business Profiles) and Trustpilot account, ensuring accurate information, responding to customer reviews, and optimising the listing for better visibility.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user behaviour, and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to find new opportunities to optimise PPC campaigns to increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximise ROI.
- Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to help deliver content for paid media campaigns.
- Deliver our social media strategy, scheduling posts and report on channel performance.
- Collaborate with content team to produce ideas engaging social media content.
- Support with arranging social media influencer activity.
- Work closely with the Website Manager to implement necessary changes and updates on the CMS platform as required.
- Conduct market research to uncover areas of growth opportunity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of using Premiere Pro or Adobe Rush video editing tools.
- Experience using social media scheduling and project management tools.
- Experience of using paid media channels e.g., Google Ads.
- Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
