Job Purpose
- Ensure that accurate, quality data is sourced and maintained to support digital campaigns.
- Provide reporting on digital campaign outcomes, opens, clicks and engagement.
- Undertake and share market, customer and competitor research to inform sales and marketing activities.
- Update and optimise web pages and content to ensure we maintain a high level of inbound leads.
- Support the execution of social media and email campaigns working closely with our Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Pull data based on key criteria from our data and intent platform. With appropriate training and support segment and upload data into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM for use in key campaigns.
- Undertake data cleansing activities and sourcing where needed.
- Create and share reports on the impact of digital campaigns both email and social working closely with our Marketing Executive.
- Undertake market and competitor research to support our Senior Marketing Manager ABM &
Propositions and produce regular updates to share with the wider commercial team including sales and marketing. - Develop skills in SEO optimisation of articles and pages on our website using WordPress CMS with support from our Senior Marketing Managers, Marketing Executive and external agency to maintain our search ranking and provide a great customer experience.
- Support ordering of marketing collateral, give-aways, equipment and maintain levels of marketing stock.
- Produce social media posts and emails utilising digital tools and D365 Marketing platform.
- Additional reasonable marketing support activities as and when required
Performance Measures
- # of appropriate contacts in CRM and quality & timeliness of data provided for campaigns.
- Accurate reports on outcomes of digital campaigns provided to deadline.
- Feedback on marketing insights provided to team and sales colleagues.
- SEO changes and website updates completed on time and impact on analytics.
- Digital campaign assets produced on time to expected standards

What we are looking for
- Potential – this is an Apprenticeship! We don’t expect you to come with all the skills and knowledge, but we do want positivity, enthusiasm and a desire to learn the job, and be committed to your apprenticeship studies.
- A passion to start a career in Digital Marketing.
- 3 ‘A’ levels (grade C or above) or equivalent qualification plus a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (Grade 5 and above)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Collaborative approach
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good presentation skills
- The ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, and remote working
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills to intermediate level
- Experience of using a social media platform (desirable)
- Willing to commute to the Worship Street office on a regular basis
